Then, you can take the public vaporetto (line 1 or line 2), get off at San Marco – Vallaresso stop and, once you reach Piazza San Marco, take the calle under the Clock Tower (Merceria Orologio); At the end of the street turn left into Calle Fiubera, cross the small bridge and you will find the hotel in front of you.

Where can I park?

You can park your car at Tronchetto Island or in one of the Piazzale Roma garages. If you choose the San Marco Garage in the Piazzale, you can take advantage of a 10% discount (at the time of your departure, ask the hotel concierge for a discount coupon).

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 2 pm.
The room must be vacated by 11 am.

Are the prices per room or per person?

Our prices are per room and per night.
Breakfast and sojourn fee (Tourist Tax) are not included.

What are the payment methods?

Payment may be made using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), in cash or debit card.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

If you choose a “Non-refundable rate” when making your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the total stay and, once booked, it will not be refundable in the case of no show or cancellation.
If you choose a “Standard rate”, your credit card will only be a guarantee. You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 72 hours before the check-in date.
After this deadline, the entire stay will be charged in case of no show or late cancellation.
We would like to inform you that the hotel reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
